Baby Joelda 

Two days ago we told you about baby Joel and how he was found and taken to Moukondo Orphanage where he is now healthy and well cared for. Now we're introducing baby Joelda, who is his twin sister, found with him on the streets. This is what our representative at the orphanage had to say about her: "Joelda is Joel's twin sister. Again, they are twins born in the streets. No one knows where the mom is - just that she was/is a street child herself. She was found by passersby on the street along with her."
