Korhogo Painting: X-Large

This hand woven, hand painted korhogo cloth painting shows the nature of sub-Sahara Africa with great style and quality. Many designs available. The antelopes shown in this korhogo painting here are an omen of good fortune. In ancient times most of the Sahara desert was covered with vegetation. As time passed, and the vegetation died, the animals migrated to other areas. The antelope was one of the last animals to leave the area. To see an antelope became a sign of hope and prosperity. A great conversation piece, and beautiful wall hanging. Approx 66" x 44". Made in Ivory Coast. No two pieces are alike, so exact patterns vary from one piece to the next and cannot be specified. I am very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the piece.  While these pieces are hand painted and each one is different from each other therefore we cannot guarantee any specific piece, I can understand asking for a particular piece and notating that if we do not have that piece our office should let you know.  I do apologize for this notation being missed. It is not a common problem here at Africa Imports. Our records show that you have messaged with our office manager here and that a full refund has been processed, including your original shipping cost. I do apologize again for the inconvenience and appreciate your business.

I do apologize about the inconvenience of not being able to choose a particular design. Unfortunately because of the fact that these are handmade one of a kind paintings we cannot guarantee any specific designs. We are not able to post all the designs on the website due to the fact that there are way to many and are unable to keep track of all the designs. Someone from our office will reach out to you today.
