    This product is very bitter but I mix it with orange juice, which makes it tolerable. I haven't noticed a flat tummy as of yet. However this product WILL get things moving so think twice about releasing air, LOL.

    I've been using Organic Firm & Flat Belly Detox for a week now, and I'm already noticing a difference! My bloating has significantly decreased, and my energy levels have increased. The taste isn't the best, to be honest - it has a bit of a bitter flavor. BUT, I know the health benefits far outweigh the taste. It's worth it to me to tolerate the flavor in exchange for feeling more confident and comfortable in my own skin. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a health boost!

    I didn't see any results. I think it should come with a measuring cup. I took it twice a day. I will say it helped with me with bloating. I will give the other detox a try. It didn't make me use the bathroom.

    Flat Belly is a great product. If you survive the taste you will not be disappointed in your results. Take regularly for smooth eliminating. It also helps with overweight management. You do not eat as much Flat Belly curves your appetite.
