White ceremonial sage has been used for centuries for its natural healing properties. More Ways You Can Use White Ceremonial Sage
Saging - This is by far the most popular way for sage to be used. Either put a few leaves in a heat-proof bowl and light the tips of
the leaves, or tie a bundle of leaves together with twine and create a
'wand' out of the sage. Pass through your house spreading the white
smoke into every corner, clearing the air of impurities and filling your
home with the fragrant smell. Keep your windows open! Your house will

White Sage Tea - Drink the healing properties of white
sage easily in tea. Take 4 or 5 sage leaves, and crush them into a cup
of boiling water. Let it stand for ten minutes, then strain out the
leaves (you can also use a tea strainer for this to make it easier).
Drinking the tea helps to relieve congestion, sinus infections,
arthritis, PMS cramps, and constipation. Served lukewarm it can bring
soothing relief to a sore throat. Served cold it can be used as a
stomach tonic.
Take a Soothing White Sage Bath - Take a handful of
white sage leaves and crush them into your running bath water. Relax in
the bath water for at least ten minutes, letting the therapeutic
qualities of the sage relieve sinus congestion, reduce fever, and calm
worn-out senses. White sage is also great for calming down irritated,
rashy skin. White sage is also a natural deodorant and will leave you
smelling fresh after your bath.
Enjoy a White Sage Steam - Crush a handful of white
sage leaves into a pot of boiling water. Remove the pot from the heat
and lean over the steam, draping your head with a towel to trap the
steam. The properties of the sage will infiltrate your pores and your
breath to help open the sinuses, clearing congestion, while helping ease
nausea, and headache. You can also use this to help calm irritated,
itchy skin.
White Sage Potpourri - Make a small bouquet of white sage leaves and hang it in your closet to ward away moths and to give your clothing a fresh, herbaceous scent.
