YOU CAN RETURN ANYTHING FOR ANY REASON - ALMOST.
All the items you want to return must be returned within thirty days of the original purchase date given on the invoice enclosed with your order. There is a 10% restocking fee for anything returned after thirty days. No returns are accepted 60 days beyond the purchase date. Returns received without this paperwork will slow down your return, and may cause confusion and cost you a fee. We do not pay return shipping back to us.
- No returns on used personal care items
- Returns must be received in their original packaging, including our specific barcode that is placed on most items.
- Clothing must not be soiled or laundered.
- Bolts of fabric must come back as one complete piece.
- Highly discounted damaged products (BB items) are not returnable.
What To Do If Something Is Damaged
Damages must be reported within five business days in order to process the appropriate claims and send out replacements in an efficient manner.
- Do not discard the original shipment box or its packaging.
- Do note any damages to the exterior of the box on the invoice received with the package, and highlight all damaged items.
- We typically ask for photos of the damaged to be emailed or text to us.
How to make a return
The easiest way for you to return something is normally to just send the item back with a copy of the invoice from your order, and a note of how you would like us to handle things. We can refund your money, send you a replacement, or leave a credit on your account for a future order. Just write down what you would like us to do on a copy of your order or on a separate note with your return.

HOW TO CREATE AN RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) ONLINE
If it is easier for you, you can enter your return information online. Your return instructions are saved in our system for whenever your return arrives to us.
1 - Click the “Sign in” at the top of the homepage and enter your email address (e.g. email@example.com) and password in the spaces provided.
2 - Once logged in, click on “My Account” and then “My Orders”. As you scroll down, you will see the order status. If the order has the words “Return Items” you can click on that to begin your return.
3 - On the next page, you'll be able to enter in the quantity of each item you intend to return from this order.
4 - Next you'll enter in the Reason for the Return and the Return Action. There is also a comments box to write in additional notes about your return.
5 - Finally click on Submit Return Request.
6 - We will get your return request during business hours and will approve if there is no issue with your return request items.
7 - We will also send you instructions via email on how to make your return however you do not need to wait for a response to mail your items back. You can simply return the items along with a copy of your invoice to:
