HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

Review our return policy and direct any questions to (201) 457-1995. You will need your account informationorder number that the return is being made from, and the item number that is being returned to complete this process. 

All the items you want to return must be returned within thirty days of the original purchase date given on the invoice enclosed with your order. There is a 10% restocking fee for anything returned after thirty days. No returns are accepted 60 days beyond the purchase date. Returns received without this paperwork will slow down your return, and may cause confusion and cost you a fee.

  • No returns on used personal care items
  • Clothing must not be soiled or laundered.
  • Bolts of fabric can not have been cut

 

TO PROCESS A PHONE-IN ORDER RETURN

Mail the items you would like to return to the address below. 

Please include a copy of the invoice, a brief description of the reason for return (wrong size, color, etc.), and what you would like us to do with the return.

You can request a replacement, store credit, or refund.

TO PROCESS A WEBSITE ORDER RETURN

Step One: Log In to your account and go the My Account page

Click the “Log in” at the top of the homepage and enter your email address (e.g. [email protected]) and password in the spaces provided.

Once logged in, you will see your e-mail address on the top right of the homepage.  Click on your e-mail address to bring up the My Account page.

 

Step Two: Locate your previous Order

On the left side, under My Account, click on Orders.  This will bring up a list of your previous website orders.

To the right of the Order Number you will see a link with a red arrow next to it called "Return Item(s)."  Click this link.

 

Step Three: File your Return Merchandise Authorization

You will see a list of the items on your order, with drop-downs boxes on the right side where you can indicate the quantities you would like to return.

Select the appropriate quantities, then complete the form by scrolling down the page, selecting the Return Reason and Return Action.

Submit the return request.  You should receive an e-mail response within 24 hours indicating that your return has been accepted. 

You don't have to wait for a response to mail your items back to us though.

What To Do If Something Is Damaged

Damages must be reported within five business days in order to process the appropriate claims and send out replacements in an efficient manner.

  • Do not discard the original shipment box or its packaging.
  • Do not return damaged items without notifying us first to obtain instructions
  • Do note any damages to the exterior of the box on the invoice received with the package, and highlight all damaged items.
