I love this product this not my first time ordering. It does exactly what the title implies - sleep soundly. Gave my sister a chance to try it she thought there was magic in the bottle. I use this in place of melatonin. The only thing is I have sensitive skin which causes slightly dry skin, a small price to pay for sound.sleep. LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!
