    This product is amazing. It goes good with my shea butter products that I make. However, I really don’t care for the small order fee. I order faithfully here and would love to just order things with a small order fee. Not sure what’s the purpose for it but shipping is expensive enough. But! I love this product.

    Some customers only purchase in small quantities as they are using your products for personal use. This new fee is almost like a penalty for purchasing based on the customer’s need at the time. When you factor Tax + Shipping then an additional fee, it literally makes some orders not even worth placing. Which in some cases will force a small order customer to shop locally or with another other vendor.

    I love all of my products and the quality of my black soap and black castor oil were top tier. However, due to not buying a large amount of product I had to pay a small order fee. What felt like a bargain turned into a not so good deal. After totaling in the small order fee, taxes, and shipping just going to the local African market would’ve sufficed.

    The small order fee is not that bad however when shipping is added it makes me not want to order. Sometimes my clients only want a small order but I can’t fulfill because between the small order fee and shipping, its sometimes more than their actual order.

    Why is there a small order fee? Makes no sense to me I should be able to buy what I want without an extra fee.

    It's nice that I'm able to purchase what my customer needs and orders from my website but I wish I could do it without a small order fee considering the shipping is outrageous and I have to pay for it twice. Once from y'all to do to me and once for me to ship to the customer so I rarely make any money. My store is currently frozen because of shipping. :(

Orders up to $50.00: $17.95
$50.00 to $79.99: $19.95
$80.00 to $99.99: $21.95

$150.00 to $249.99: $29.95
$250.00 to $399.00: $34.95
$400.00 to $500.00: $37.95

Shipping is FREE for orders over $500 in the continental U.S. except when it has oversized items.

Returns:
