    Unfortunately I couldn't review a physical product because my package was delivered to the wrong house. I did receive a refund but sadly, the usps do not knock to let you know that their outside with your delivery. In this case it would not have mattered. I just hope my personal information that's on my receipt doesn't damage me in the long run. I'm pretty sure that I would have enjoyed my order. Thanks.......

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order, so the exact cost is shown before you complete your purchase.

We don't publish a flat-rate table because real shipping costs vary significantly between a single bottle of oil and a bulk clothing order going to the same address.

Orders over $500 ship free within the continental U.S. (excluding oversized items). For international orders, shipping is calculated after your order is packed and we'll contact you with the final cost. Customer pickup is also available at our South Hackensack, NJ warehouse at no charge.

You can see your shipping costs before your order is finalized or paid for. As you go through the checkout process, you can see and choose the shipping carrier, speed of delivery, and different prices to decide what is best for you.

Returns:

You can return any item for almost any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date. However, there is a 10% restocking fee for returns made after 30 days. We do not accept returns beyond 60 days of the purchase date. Please include the invoice with your return, as returns received without proper documentation may result in delays and fees.
