Because this small business owner shows that she care for her community by helping bring parents together through local vendor events on bringing awareness on how mothers, fathers, grandparents, guardians etc can help sooth their children and love ones itchy dry skin from the eczema skin disorder. When customers approached her station but cannot afford the product but has expressed their discomfort when having to watch their child suffer from eczema Minnie Beauty Essentials always show a caring heart by giving out products for free simultaneously educating the parent, guardian etc on how to help sooth and heal their child/loved one from eczema for good. It’s not all about the buck for her but about the healing in being able to provide a product service to her customers with a kind heart.

That organization is making a difference in the city of Detroit. They supply toiletries, clothing m, and food to those in the streets and to those who go to shelters. You can usually catch them downtown or just by simply calling them for assistance.

Why would like to nominate this person
I have watched Shatiera and her family show genuine love for the less fortunate. She goes out monthly and give out clean clothes to the homeless. She has been on the frontline beside her husband to help victims of natural disasters. She currently runs a non-profit with a full business plan to help the homeless in her city have a permanent roof over their heads with help so they can survive on their own. She definitely makes a difference.
