Our MALI Shea Butter - 12 ½ oz. Jars provides premium, unrefined shea butter in convenient retail-ready packaging. Each jar contains authentic Malian shea butter known for its exceptional therapeutic qualities and distinctive natural aroma, which is notably stronger than Ghanaian varieties.

Please note this features a significantly stronger natural aroma than Ghanaian shea butter. This strong scent is a hallmark of its purity and quality. Shea Butter from Mali has a much stronger smell than the Shea Butter from Ghana. Some customers may not like the smell of Malian Shea Butter.

    I work at a non profit that provides hygiene and multi use products to a diverse group of homeless youth (ages 14-29). We have tried to find unique products to meet the needs of our participants, and Mali Shea Butter has been super appreciated by our participants. We've tried many products and have always been disappointed. Your Mali Shea Butter, is long lasting, feels soothing and smooth. The natural aroma is well liked, as it feels authentic to the shea butter itself. Thank you. Also, we love the 1/2 oz jars. They are easy to pack in your pocket, and be readily available for use. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order, so the exact cost is shown before you complete your purchase.

We don't publish a flat-rate table because real shipping costs vary significantly between a single bottle of oil and a bulk clothing order going to the same address.

Orders over $500 ship free within the continental U.S. (excluding oversized items). For international orders, shipping is calculated after your order is packed and we'll contact you with the final cost. Customer pickup is also available at our South Hackensack, NJ warehouse at no charge.

You can see your shipping costs before your order is finalized or paid for. As you go through the checkout process, you can see and choose the shipping carrier, speed of delivery, and different prices to decide what is best for you.

Returns:

You can return any item for almost any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date. However, there is a 10% restocking fee for returns made after 30 days. We do not accept returns beyond 60 days of the purchase date. Please include the invoice with your return, as returns received without proper documentation may result in delays and fees.
