It has a high elastic waist and a hip pleated skirt with a ruffle hemline that ends at the knee. It comes in your choice of three styles. Style A is pink with a white spiral design. I didn't care for this dress personally.. It didn't fit me properly. the back was to short and didnt allow me to my breast to sit properly in the front long.

Returns:
