A great product..go on you tube and look hair growth videos I do every thing on those videos for hair growth and I use this batana I brought 2 of them to get me though the winter ...and look videos for vitamins for hair growth vitamin d and zinc..this works I'm so happy about this product I buy alot of other health products from back to Africa been dealing this company off and on for about 15 years .they will get your packages to your address safe and on time and if you need customer service they will listen and solve any problems you may have if there is ever a problem.
