    This may not get posted on the site, as it is negative, but this particular 16oz order was a disappointment. There was solid material in the oil that settled at the bottom (ended up being almost half the bottle). The substance was white in color and had a chemical reaction when poured on styrofoam (it began melting the styrofoam). I contacted CS and they advised it had no affect on the oil, but it did. Pouring the oil into glass bottles, the oil appeared gritty (like grits) and the entire bottle was unable to be used for intended purposes. The fragrance was still there but the consistency of the oil rendered the product useless. This is the cost time I've experienced this and I've been ordering from them for over 6 years. Not sure what this is but it is NOT a good look, that's for sure.
