Meet Samson

These boys in a rural village in Burundi are shown receiving a soccer ball from Samson. Samson helps people in this remote and difficult area in a number of ways. This soccer ball may not seem like a special thing to many of us, but it is a treasure to the boys shown here. Without this, the game is most commonly played with a ball of strings and rags wrapped together. An actual soccer ball is something that makes life much better for kids in an area like this.
