    There’s nothing to complain about. I’ve been ordering from Africa Imports for years. I love the products I’ve bought a variety of things. From oils, oil burners, beads, clothing, etc. everything is grand. The only thing I dislike which isn’t the African Imports issue. It’s the delivery providers. For years I’ve paid extra 5. For my signature so my items aren’t left on my porch. This last yr. They continue to leave my huge boxes on my door step saying they’ve gotten my signature. I always complain to the FedEx or USPS. So far I’ve never had a box stolen thank goodness. I also appreciate the free items. I literally needed toothpaste and I got the black seed tooth paste. It must really work too because I went to the dentist and had no cavities. It was surprising because being a diabetic we have bad teeth from sugar in our blood. So for me to have no cavities was unbelievable.

    The oil are great quality and smell amazing, they are true the description as well. I will continue purchasing more oils

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order, so the exact cost is shown before you complete your purchase.

We don't publish a flat-rate table because real shipping costs vary significantly between a single bottle of oil and a bulk clothing order going to the same address.

Orders over $500 ship free within the continental U.S. (excluding oversized items). For international orders, shipping is calculated after your order is packed and we'll contact you with the final cost. Customer pickup is also available at our South Hackensack, NJ warehouse at no charge.

You can see your shipping costs before your order is finalized or paid for. As you go through the checkout process, you can see and choose the shipping carrier, speed of delivery, and different prices to decide what is best for you.

Returns:

You can return any item for almost any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date. However, there is a 10% restocking fee for returns made after 30 days. We do not accept returns beyond 60 days of the purchase date. Please include the invoice with your return, as returns received without proper documentation may result in delays and fees.
