    Toothpaste works great. Stay away from flouride, "they" dont want us thinking, remember that. Overall all healthy herbs working as natural meds is the best I've gotten into. Alkaline diet/fasting. Got to take care of yourself world, god bless in Yeshua's name. Happy new years
