Celebrating Independence Day in Niger - August 3rd

On August 3rd, people across Niger will celebrate the 49th anniversary of their nation's independence from France in 1960. To commemorate this date there will be a national festival and an appearance from political leaders. Since it is also Arbor day, the President of Niger tells everyone to plant a tree!
