I've been using the bitters from African Imports for about 3 weeks now. I've combined them with a healthy diet, fasting, meditation, and a small amount of exercise. My health has completely changed for the better in many ways: Anxiety is down; my blood sugar and blood pressure has improved greatly; I was having some erectile issues, but not anymore; I am experiencing everything from a huge decrease in inflammation to a large increase in energy and stamina. I'm so happy I found African Imports. My life is improving the nature way and I am greatful ??. Looking forward to trying many new products and changing to primary Africa products.

I was skeptical as to its potency the first time I took it, but girl does it work great, unbelievable bowel movement. Won’t go into graphic details about BM as I don’t want to gross anyone out. I take 2 tbls in the morning and 2 before I go to bed. This bitters doesn’t have any bitter taste to it. It tastes like water mixed with a drop of lemon juice. But don’t let the taste fool you or put you off. It doesn’t give stomach cramps either, gentle but yet effective in moving one’s bowels. I had already prepared my buds for the dreadful bitter taste, little did I know I was in for a pleasant surprise. It really does work
