    I love how neat it was although I don't like the stickiness when you're trying to get all the shea butter out the block but I have no complaints. I absolutely love the formula. I have ordered more than one the five block is last so I haven't used it yet I use the one pound so far of the same material and it's great. ?

    I reached out to a customer care representative about my shea butter it wasn’t staying soft after my whipping process. This was my first time using African imports. I bought 10lbs and I usually get my butters from a different shop. I wanted to try African imports because I wanted the option to break my payments down. He only responded that the butters wasn’t giving him any issues and no one else complained saying they were having that issue. I’ve been making products for some time and this has never happened to me before. I do enjoy the oils and I will come to shop here for oils. I just wasn’t pleased with the response or the butter

    I order butters and oils from this company and always have a great experience, products are of high quality, packaged well, with good shipping time. I did have a problem with the printed leggings I ordered, which was I immediately helped with. Thank you!
