Directions:

• Drain and rinse the Sea Moss thoroughly 2-3 times to wash away salt, sand, and debris from the sea
• Soak the Sea Moss in warm water with lime/lemon pieces for 6-36 hours until it becomes soft, slippery, and slimy, then rinse again
• Blend the Sea Moss by adding it to a blender with water in a ratio of 1 cup of Sea Moss to 1.5-2 cups of water. If the mixture is too thick, add more water
• Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, then refrigerate or freeze immediately after preparation
• The gel will be good for up to 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator and 1 year in the freezer
