2nd time was the...
The first time I used the shampoo, my hair was clean and fresh but felt dry. I didn't like how my hair felt so I was like it's a no. But then I used it the 2nd time and my hair loved it. My hair was squeaky clean but it wasn't dried out. I'm now loving this shampoo. My hair feels healthier

Our goal is to charge exactly the same amount that UPS or the Post Office charges for shipping your package. Our computer can not always get the exact amount correctly, however. In fact, we normally charge customers less than UPS charges us for shipping costs.
Returns:
You can return any item for almost any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date. However, there is a 10% restocking fee for returns made after 30 days. We do not accept returns beyond 60 days of the purchase date. Please include the invoice with your return, as returns received without proper documentation may result in delays and fees.
