Issac and Ruth

Issac and Ruth are shown here with their three children. Isaac leads a team of people to help AIDS patients adjust and work within the regular society in Zambia. Ruth teaches in a grade school for children from poor families who can not afford the public schools. 

This couple is supported in part by your purchases from Africa Imports. But there is more that your purchases here do. This last month Isaac needed medical care for a heart problem. Isaac and Ruth are not paid enough from their work to be able to pay for medical costs when they are needed. Each month Africa Imports sets aside some extra money to help people we know with special needs this way.

These costs are much lower in Africa where he paid about $35.US for the cost of a Doctor, and another $60 for different medicines.
