INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Medium Size Onion
- 1 Cup Celery, Diced
- 1 Can Mushroom Soup
- 2 Cans Chicken Rice Soup
- 1/2 Cup Uncooked Rice
- 3/4 tsp. Soy Sauce
Cook celery until it is tender. Brown the meat and onion together. Mix all ingredients together and add enough water to cover the chow mein. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375 degrees. Enjoy!
