- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1 cup chopped salted peanuts
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut
1.Melt chocolate in microwave or in double boiler.
2.Stir in peanuts and coconut.
3.Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper lined tray.
4.Refrigerate until firm.
Makes 24 clusters
