Making A Difference - Meet Lorencia

We just received this letter from our representative at Mpila orphanage in Congo. "Lorencia is 3 years old. Her family is from a village named Owando. Her 3 older sisters and 1 older brother are all at the orphanage with her. The parents are irresponsible – unable to care for their children but continue to produce them."
