Honoring Ethiopia
Tomorrow we want to honor the thousands of Ethiopians that were
massacred by the Italian invaders in 1936 in Addis Ababa. In a press
release sent to The Ethiopian News Agency, the City Administration said
various institutions including the Ethiopian Patriots' Association will
lay wreaths to commemorate the day. In addition, a minute of silence
will be observed while prayers are held at the Holy Trinity Church and
Anwar Mosque in the capital in memory of the massacred Ethiopians, the
administration said.
