There are 15 foreign African students in Mauritius who, because of coronavirus restrictions, are not allowed to travel or work. They were stranded with no food and no money. It was very hopeless and scary for them.  

Your purchases from Africa Imports allowed us to purchase food and pay other very basic expenses for them for the next two weeks. We were able to send each of these students $100.00 and get it to them right away. 12 of them were together in one room for this photo to say thank you to us and to our helpers in Mauritius, Africa. We are really only the delivery people though as the money for this came from your purchases. Thank you for all of the assistance you have helped to provide during these difficult times.
