Zambian Farmers

On the first Monday in August, people across Zambia will celebrate Farmers' Day. The celebration is marked by a National Agricultural show where the expansive showgrounds in Lusaka, Zambia, come alive with farmers, politicians, and ordinary citizens and their families. There are games and exhibits and carnival rides for children, agricultural demonstrations and awards, performances, food, and more!

Zambians are very dependent on farming, with many people using it as their profession. We wish a happy farmers' day to the people there! Find out more about African holidays by Clicking Here.
