In October 2007, Africa Imports began donating a part of our sales to charities in Africa. Since then, we have donated a total of $17,500. to help orphanages, street kids, and women trying to work their way out of prostitution. One of our latest projects is a day home for street kids in Dakar, Senegal in West Africa. Here we are paying for two months worth of food, medicine, rent and workers salaries needed to keep this home operating.
