  I liked the sleeves because as an older woman, I don't like my uppr arms out.I did not like the loud colors in two of the dresses but I will still wear them with a sweater or jacket to turn in down a bit. For people who like ethnic clothing, but who live outside of major urban areas, the bright and loud African prints make us very different than the more conservative dressers around us. Most middle class Blacks do not wear African prints unless they are going to a cultural festival or. maybe to church sometimes. If the clothes look to African they are more like a costume but if the African prints are stately and subtle, and there is not so mch fabric or big sleeves, you would sell a lot more clothing. I washed the dresses to get the stiffness out of them, they are bettr now.
